View the Status of Your Appointments

It is now easier to visualize the status of each appointment within the agenda thanks to different colors and icons.

• Purple: appointment scheduled
• Green: appointment confirmed
• Gray: schedule locked
• Finished appointments will have a fainter color.
  

Teleconsultation appointments include the 🎥 icon.

If in your Organization Settings the "Lock completed consultation" option is turned on, a 🔒 icon will appear on completed appointments. If you do not have this setting turned on and wish to do so, you can do so at https://app.nimbo-x.com/accounts/edit/organization-info.
