If you are one of our users who use the digital billing functionality for face-to-face or teleconsultations, you may have noticed that a charge is made for the % of the consultation. We understand that this might seem a little heavy on your income, so we decided to add a new feature that will allow you to transfer that commission to the patient. Why? We were thinking about it and like many establishments, they make an additional charge if the client pays by credit/debit card. Why not do it as you would commonly do for your consultations?
If you want to transfer this digital collection charge to the patient, here we tell you how:
At the bottom of "Electronic payments" activate the "Transfer to patient commission payment" setting and that's it!
You will be able to see a breakdown of the charges and commissions by hovering your mouse over the information icon.
