We have enabled a virtual waiting room for teleconsultations!
Your patients can request a teleconsultation with your organization through a unique link, which enrolls them in the teleconsultation waiting list. The patient can see their place in line and the approximate waiting time from the waiting room.
At the same time, from Nimbo the physician can view the waiting list and confirm teleconsultation requests.
When the patient's appointment is about to take place, a notification will arrive via Whatsapp to enter the teleconsultation.

Your organization now has an appointment portal!
This portal shows the combined availability of all the physicians that are part of your organization. When a patient wants to schedule an appointment, they will select a time, and will automatically be assigned to a physician who is available at that time. The doctor will see the appointment request in his or her personal inbox. If multiple doctors are available at the same time, appointments will be distributed equally.

We have enabled the option of sending reminder messages for teleconsultations through Whatsapp. The message that the patient receives includes the link to make the payment for the consultation. When the payment is made, the appointment will be confirmed.

If you have a Stripe account integrated with your Nimbo account and you send satisfaction surveys to your patients after consultations, you can now activate an option to receive tips after a consultation. Through this option, your patients will be able to leave a voluntary contribution in appreciation for your service.

We have improved the inbox where you receive appointment requests!
Now each appointment has more information such as the type of consultation (if it is face-to-face or teleconsultation) and the reason. Also, you can send a reminder to the patient by mail or text message from the application.
If for some reason you have to decline an appointment, and that patient doesn't exist, you can create a new one with their information so you don't lose it.
If it may be that the patient exists, you can confirm that it is indeed the same patient by verifying its information, or if it is a different patient, create a new one.

If there are multiple appointments in the same time slot, they will appear next to each other in their corresponding schedules. This way you will have more visibility on what is happening in your schedule.

It is now easier to visualize the status of each appointment within the agenda thanks to different colors and icons.
Teleconsultation appointments include the 🎥 icon.
If in your Organization Settings the "Lock completed consultation" option is turned on, a 🔒 icon will appear on completed appointments. If you do not have this setting turned on and wish to do so, you can do so at https://app.nimbo-x.com/accounts/edit/organization-info.

Now, when a collaborator accepts your invitation to join your organization within Nimbo, he/she will be able to add his/her specialty at the time of registration. This configuration will be saved for actions performed by this user within Nimbo.

When creating a patient, their cell phone number will be a required field and the phone number will no longer be a required field. Text and Whatsapp messages with appointment reminders can be sent through a patient's cell phone.
If a patient does not have a cell phone or prefers not to record that information, you will be able to select the "No cell phone" option to continue.
