Agenda Management by Assistant Accounts

Assistant accounts will now be able to accept or reject requests received when a patient schedules a consultation through the patient portal with your personalized link. This way, when an appointment is confirmed, it will be reflected in your agenda.

Privacy Policy for your Patients

Now, when your patients want to schedule a consultation from the patient portal through your personalized link, they will be able to know the privacy policies. These policies must be accepted in order to schedule the appointment. This lets your patients know how their personal data will be used.

Synchronization of Blocked Schedules with Google Calendar

If your Nimbo account is integrated with Google Calendar, now not only will your calendar consultations be reflected in your Google Calendar, but your blocked schedules will also be reflected.

Agenda blocked schedules and they will be synced with your Google Calendar.

You can add blocked schedules from the Agenda and if you do not yet integrate with Google Calendar, you can do so in My Account->Settings->Agenda.

Nimbo Chat and Nimbo Marketing Suite Plans

You can now subscribe and purchase Nimbo Chat and Nimbo Marketing Suite plans for Web and Nimbo Marketing Suite from your Nimbo account.

Communicate more professionally with your patients through Nimbo Chat and grow your online presence with Nimbo Marketing Suite.



To do so just go to the Subscriptions page and select the plans you wish to purchase.

Events Log

Keep better control of the actions that members of your organization do within Nimbo. Have a record of who created, accessed or deleted any patient, appointment or consultation.


With the new Audit Log functionality, you can now access a record of all actions that have been completed in Nimbo, which users completed the action and when it was completed.

The Audit Log records the creation, access and deletion of the following items within Nimbo:

- Patients
- Consultations
- Attachments
- Appointments
- Charges on a Referral Note.

Administrator accounts can access the Audit Log from the My Account section: https://app.nimbo-x.com/accounts/logs

Patient satisfaction surveys

With Nimbo Marketing Suite (NMS), you can now send satisfaction surveys to your patients automatically after a consultation.

Once the consultation is over your patients will receive a Whatsapp within an hour with a link to the following survey:

Physiotherapy Module in Consultation

With the new Physiotherapy module within the practice you can create notes on the different body sections and see in a graphical way the affected body sections.


Each time you choose a body section a new text box appears with the option to add any template.

You can enable this functionality in your query from the My Account →Formats section.

Integration with Cirrus ERP

For customers who need more efficient control of their inventory and accounting processes, Nimbo can now be integrated with Cirrus ERP.

The integration automates the creation of patients from Nimbo to Cirrus so that once the consultation is complete, the clinic's administrative staff can create the necessary invoice and movements within the ERP.

This functionality is available for Cirrus ERP customers. If your organization needs this integration please contact our support team.

Welcome message to patients

Now, your patients will receive a Whatsapp welcome message when creating their medical record within Nimbo. The welcome Whatsapp message includes your clinic name, address, phone number, and the link to schedule appointments online.

The option will be enabled by default, but you can choose to disable or enable it.
