Multiple administrators within an organization

Delegate administrative tasks to other administrators of the organization. Now in Nimbo you can give access to doctors to have some administrative permissions!

New language selection

Previously the default language was considered by country selection, now it can be selected separately! The Nimbo application now allows selecting between Spanish, English and Arabic languages regardless of the user's region.

The country selection will determine the vademecum the system will be using and the language selection will determine the language of the system interface. Remember that the language that is used in messages to your patients when they are discharged is determined by the cell phone number that was entered when creating the patient! 

This new functionality can be entered from two places:

When you create an account
When the user creates an account, he/she will have to enter his/her initial data such as name, email and password to be redirected to the account configuration. In this part he will be shown certain fields to complete about the organization, one of them being the language((((flow gif1))))

When modifying the user's profile
To enter this functionality, the user must follow the
My Account  > Profile > Application Language flow.

Privacy Notice in Waiting Room

There will now be a slight change in the flow when entering the Teleconsult Waiting Room! Patients will have a Privacy Notice that must be signed before accessing. When filling out your information to access the waiting room, you will be shown an informed consent document to read and then accept to enter. The steps now would be:

  1. Fill in the required fields and accept the Privacy Notice
  2. Click 'Login'
  3. Read the document with the Privacy Notice, accept and sign it (NEW)
  4. Click 'Accept'
  5. And you're done!

Portal of agendas and configurable fields for your website

Benefit from the flexibility of scheduling teleconsultations now with Nimbo Marketing Suite! You can now incorporate agendas in the Services section from the Marketing Suite configuration. There, you will now have a dropdown menu to select the desired agendas.In addition to adding agendas, there are also new fields now configurable for your website. Titles and descriptions  (140 characters) are now possible from the Marketing Suite section.

Edit your medical consultation notes

With the new consultation notes functionality we have added editing of posts! Now you can easily edit posts whenever you need to. Likewise if you have the "share patients between organization" setting enabled everyone can post consultation notes but only the creator of each post will be able to edit theirs! Use this for a collaborative work environment in your organization!

Prescription copy impression

The prescription copying settings have been improved! We know that each consultation is unique, so we adjusted the prescription copying settings at the consultation level. This means that in each consultation you will be able to choose if you want to print with copy or not. Nimbo being an intelligent system remembers the last consultation and helps you by filling this option depending on your preferences.

Medical record and consultation Notes

Learn the new way to fill your patients' clinical records.

We have released major enhancements to Nimbo Clinical.

To give you more flexibility when recording your patients' clinical data, we made improvements to the way clinical notes are stored in the patient profile and consultations. You will now have access to the History Notes section and the Consultation Notes.


This new section will allow you to create multiple notes that you can add in the patient profile or in a consultation. With this new functionality you will be able to add questionnaire or specific forms, fill them and save them in the patient's record.

Consultation and History notes are available for use by Physicians and Assistant with access to Clinical Information.

To keep the consultation simple and streamlined, the Consultation Note field has replaced the Reason for Visit, Subjective Symptoms, and Physical Examination fields. In existing consultations, the data in those fields have been migrated as Consultation Notes.

Pre-consultation desktop notifications

Notifications are back! You will now be able to receive consultation notifications and updates from your browser. These are reminders of consultations 10 minutes before them and every time a patient accesses the waiting room, with the purpose of optimizing the time of both doctors and patients.
